Do I need a backup if everything is in the cloud?
Yes. Microsoft guarantees the availability of the platform, not the recovery of deleted or encrypted data beyond the recycle bin. A separate backup is standard in every setup.
Can you migrate our old emails?
Yes, from IMAP mailboxes, Exchange, Google Workspace or PST files, including folder structure, calendars and contacts. The switch is planned so that there is no period without email.
Which licence is the right one?
