For companies in Germany the reverse charge mechanism (§ 13b UStG) usually applies: the invoice contains no VAT, you account for it in Germany yourself. Private customers receive an invoice with Austrian VAT.

Smaller assignments and emergencies usually within a few days, larger projects by arrangement. Just ask, you will receive a reply within one business day.

Deliberately no monthly tariffs: maintenance and support are billed based on effort or with hour bundles (10 or 20 hours, valid for 12 months). For regular needs we agree fixed maintenance appointments, without a base fee and without a minimum term.

Yes. I often complement internal IT teams or agencies on topics such as Linux, automation or networking. Responsibilities are clearly defined in advance.

Yes, on request before the first conversation. That is also why you will not find any client names on this website.

On-site visits are available in Vienna and the surrounding area. For locations in Germany, visits are possible by arrangement and against travel costs, but remote work is the norm.
