Do you work for companies across Germany?
Yes. All services for Germany are delivered remotely, with secured access to your systems and regular alignment via video call. On-site appointments are available in Vienna and the surrounding area.
How is the work billed?
By effort in 15-minute increments or at a fixed price for well-defined projects. The invoice is issued by KernelHost GmbH in Vienna, for companies in Germany usually under the reverse charge mechanism without Austrian VAT.
How quickly do I get a reply?
I answer requests within one business day with a first assessment.
Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Of course. Confidentiality is standard for me, on request I sign your NDA before the first conversation.
